Letz talkz aboutz flairz

because it's a popular top these days.

if you don't have facebook (HOW DO YOU LIVE?!)then I'll tell you a bit about it. it's an application where you get a cork board and get to 'put' little 'pins' in it that say something about you. very helpful for inside jokes, etc. i am addicted, as seen by my flair below. (click to make see it bigger)

and you can also see that the flair application has not helped with my Twilight addiction.

TEAM JACOB FTW.

I know, I know. 'OMG everyone is so obsessed with those books.' Well it could be because they are AMAZING. And I'm sorry to say that My Harry Potter obsession died a bit (a LOT) when i read them. It was like reading a book that was MADE of epic awesome. BUT- I have a confession that might shock, astound or terrify you. I was one of the people who was given Twilight during the ARC (advanced readers copy) stage. And I HATED it. I get through the first chapter and was so bored I gave but back the next day. Oh god am I stupid.

But I made up for it by buying all three in hardback AND going to see the author. And I'm going to see her again. This time I won't get all jumpy when I walk up to her and blurt "I like Jacob."

Steph was so nice, she just went "Well I like him, too." and smiled, and then signed my books. And I died a little bit.

Sorry if that was epicly boring, but I had to rant.

First off, haha @ the reading is sexy pin. So very true c:
Also, I so don't see what the big deal is with Facebooking. Everyone is always trying to get me to get on Facebook, but it doesn't seem very... Entertaining? Important?
I mean yeah, you get to catch up with old friends and new friends and poke people & make reading sexy apparently, but what about telephones and myspace and other ways of contacting people?
I'm just saying. I don't mean to shoot down any people who like facebook. Sorry, everyone.
/rant about facebook.

I made an idiotic mistake involving Twilight, too. Back before it got really really popular, I was at the library one day searching the Young Adult area. & I came across Twilight on the display thing. & I remembered Kristina from 5AG talking about how awesome it was, & I was like 'hm let me see if it sounds alright' & as soon as I read the word 'vampire' I put it back.
Not my kind of book, to say the very least. I'm not into fantasy/vampire stuff.
Now, many months later, after hearing how amazing it is & doing a bit of nerdy research & all, I want to read it. I wanna give it a chance.
Yeah. I went to request it a few days ago online, and it has 410 people already waiting for it.
Good Lord.
So I wont be reading it for a while. Stupid mistake. How'd you get an advanced readers one?

I laughed at your moment to shine with Stephanie, it was better to have said what you thought than to have been all quiet & like you didn't care about the book at all. Now she knows how you feel c:

Dunno why you want me to send you my e-mail address through YouTube, but alright. I'll do it after this. But to warn you.. It just wont make sense, basically. The address.
